management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that
projects are executed efficiently. Further, they also enable
optimal utilization of resources, help a business achieve strategic
objectives, and protect it against market volatility.WHAT YOU'LL
DO
- Lead project management and coordinate across functions (Market
Planning, Franchising, Real Estate, Construction, Design,
Operations, Legal, Tech) to achieve our new store growth target,
supporting our development master plan.
- Work with International regional and support center teams to
coordinate multiple new market entries.
- Work across functions to define key performance indicators
(KPIs) for projects and initiatives, establishing benchmarks for
success and monitoring progress towards targets.
- Develop and implement planning and governance frameworks
streamlining execution delivering on objectives - time, cost and
quality.
- Map optimal process across development and work with tech to
devise best technology solutions/platforms.
- Drive best practices across the global PMO, fostering
innovation and continuous improvement.
- Optimize resource allocation by assessing needs and
capabilities, ensuring that resources are deployed effectively to
support project objectives.
- Build a cohesive team, foster collaboration and engagement
across cross-functional teams, promote a culture of knowledge
sharing and collective problem-solving.
- Coordinate across functions to adequately plan for growth -
driving accountability appropriately.
- Will be the primary interface for all development project
improvements and senior leadership reporting on project
