VP; Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for middle market & emerging growth clients, types of transactions include buy & sell-side M&A, private capital raises as well as cap mrkts processes, incl. debt & equity offerings. Prepare materials for clients & participate in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination & execution. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Master's or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Executing investment banking transactions, incl. both M&A & cap mrkts products, in a global / bulge bracket investment bank environment; Preparing a variety of detailed financial & valuation analyses, incl. levered buyouts, discounted cash flow, accretion & dilution, liquidity, merger, comparative company, precedent transaction & sum of parts analysis.
