Currently, we're hiring a Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school in Duncanville, Texas. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLP. Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details: -$48 - $51 an hour -Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) - School Year

• $3,000 Assignment Bonus for new SHC employees
• Hours per week: Full-time and part-time options
• Start Date: August 2025
• End Date: May 2026
• Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week from home and 3 days per week in-person at the school district.
• Details: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, or High School Caseload options for the school year.
  • SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
    • SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
    • Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

        Requirements:
        • Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology
          • Texas SLP License
            • American Heart Association BLS
              • School Experience is Preferred but not required
