Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Scrum Master

Title: Scrum Master
Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Duration: 6+ month
Locations: Irving, TX - In-office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.

As a Scrum Master, you will-
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile and contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel.

The ideal candidate will have:
Finance experience
Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau
Experience with Jira (including JQL dashboards), Confluence, and Scrum/Kanban methodologies
Strong people skills with a focus on metrics
Project management skills (preferred)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $55- $60per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
