Job Description:
Under general direction of the Director of Clinical Analytics,
this position will be responsible for data analytics, consultation
and creation of tools and reports to support the operations, sales,
business development, managed care, finance and marketing teams.
Will also work closely with the new program implementation and
reporting team to assist with business requirements, testing and
validation of new reports and exports to support external
clients.
1. Develops reports and dashboards to assist with program and
operational oversight
2. Will develop content, analytics and data visualization to
support the sales team through enhancement of Customer Relationship
Manager software
3. Will continually evaluate compliance with contractual KPIs and
Performance Guarantees for contract-driven programs
4. Develops data presentations and analytical insight for external
clients for regular business reviews
5. Will be aligned with Operations and IT during the development
and evolution of the creation of a new datamart and Business
Objects universe
6. Works closely with data analyst staff members? data model
administrators DRM management DBA staff members project managers
and application development teams.
7. Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requires some training in fields such as business administration
accountancy sales marketing computer sciences or similar vocations
generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's
Degree program technical vocational training or equivalent
combination of experience and education. Normally requires a
minimum of five (5) years directly related and progressively
responsible experience; experience in application programming is an
asset.
1. Strong SQL development skills
2. Good working knowledge of Business Objects and other SAP BI
tools
3. Working knowledge of QlikView a plus
4. General knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations
5. Good hands-on knowledge of data modeling tools
6. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in
writing
7. Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet
deadlines
8. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
9. Good analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business
problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate
solutions
10. Good interpersonal skills; effective team player
