Position Details:
Title: Superintendent II
Location: Dallas - Ft. Worth, TX
Shift: M-F Normal Working Hours
Compensation: $80k - $105k + 10% bonus

Position Description:
Ability to interpret estimates from CostOS.
Primarily responsible for project safety and implementation of specific safety plan.
Apply field experience in a proactive manor to eliminate safety and QC issues.
Participate in initial client expectation meeting, hold customer satisfaction as the highest priority.
Manager of others - Plan work, assign jobs, motivate, coach others; Responsible for developing other team members; Manage subcontractors, architects, and clients.
Initiate continuous improvement and skills development through on-going training and education.
Excellent subcontractor referrals: develop strong business relationships that last beyond project.
Proficient in developing agendas, keeping on track, documenting action items and delegating tasks.
Utilize industry knowledge in assisting during PreCon, project planning, problem solving, recognition of potential issues and job site management.
Organize and execute detailed project schedule and work plan with minimal outside assistance.
Provide constructability reviews incorporating safety/QC with an emphasis on moisture intrusion.
Develop knowledge of legal terms and their implications.
Sound decisions on financial matters, jobsite management, logistics, and organization skills.
Responsible for leading close out of the project in a timely manner.


Requirements:
S./B.A. or equivalent experience (5-8 years)
Previous experience as Superintendent I and Estimating
Enhanced capabilities in CMiC, Microsoft Office, Scheduling Software P6, Navisworks, Bluebeam
